Established in 1988, the Singapore Watch Department was entrusted with the exclusive distribution of Breitling watches in the region and the management of the after-sales watch service in Singapore.

Acting as the nerve centre for all sales and marketing activities of the prestigious brand in South-East Asia, the department has since extended Breitling’s presence in many key countries such as Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Maldives and Vietnam.

Located in the retail hotspot of Orchard Road, the Singapore Watch Department also serves as an Official Breitling Sales & Service Centre that is within convenient reach to all customers. Equipped with the latest technical watch testing equipment and backed by a team of professionally trained watchmakers, the centre aims to provide quality after-sales care.

The success garnered by the Singapore Watch Department was translated to Malaysia when a branch office was set up in the neighbouring country in 1993.  A new Breitling Sales & Service Centre has also since been relocated to the heart of Kuala Lumpur to provide customers with modern and efficient service, at a convenient location.

Efforts towards building a robust regional hub in South-East Asia continue at an unfaltering pace. The appointment of strategic Breitling partners in Thailand and the Philippines has since set a strong foundation for the business and it looks set to take off for greater heights.

The Singapore Watch Department also manages “Breitling China Ltd, Hong Kong” – a joint venture company between Breitling SA, Switzerland and Melchers in Singapore.
