	Process Inks
	C. Melchers' Process Inks, manufactured in Europe & Asia exclusively to C. Melchers' formulations, offer high performance in all applications. Developed for the Asian/Pacific market, these inks make press operation trouble free and provide first class Lithographic Performance on presses with alcolour or conventional dampening systems.
Japanese shade and high-bodied formula Duct fresh for up to 48 hours Fast setting and drying time Suited to gloss, matt and UV coated papers Suitable for UV varnishing and laminating Excellent gloss and rub resistance In addition, C. Melchers has a full range of European sheet fed inks for all applications and conditions.
Metallics
C. Melchers' range of one-pack sheet fed metallic inks give optimum results. Research into Bronze and Aluminum linings and specialist vehicles exhibiting excellent leafing qualities have resulted in superb luster brilliance and press performance. Full Pantone range available.

	Coldset Inks
	Working closely with partners throughout Europe and Asia, C. Melchers has developed a range of Coldset Inks to suit all applications. Special high pigmented formulations with high quality resin systems have assured our reputation for quality and consistency in the Coldset market.
Ink/water balance and press stability are key factors for success. C. Melchers has developed formulations that achieve a wide operating tolerance on press to enable the best possible results to be achieved even under difficult conditions. Intensive quality control at every stage of production ensures quality and consistency. Also available are pantone and special matching to special shades. The inks are Supplied in 20 kg, 200 kg drums or 1,000 kg silos.
Pantones
C. Melchers has the complete Pantone package for trouble-free intermixing of Pantone shades from a comprehensive range of base inks. All are Pantone approved and formulated to maximum strength. They give quick setting results and have excellent rub resistance over a wide range of substrates including gloss, matt and uncoated papers. Special high strength formulations for spot colour printing are also available.

	Duct Foils - Heidelberg C.P.C.
	C. Melchers' Duct Foils are manufactured to the original Heidelberg specification, assuring you of quality and dimensional accuracy. The properties of this film ensures a Duct Foil of outstanding life, the material is tested against UV and conventional inks. The edges are permanently formed for a secure and exacting fit to the ink ducts.

Heatsink Inks
C. Melchers has in-depth knowledge of the formulation and application of printing inks for the Asian Heatset market. From high quality cover stocks for magazines to difficult LWC & wood free papers, the Heatset quality must be maintained.
With press speeds continually increasing, the drive to maintain high levels of gloss, print sharpness and rub resistance are all important. C. Melchers along with its partners, continually strives to maintain optimum results in all these areas. Also available in these high specifications are pantones, metallics and special matching to specific shades. The inks are supplied in 20 kg, 200 kg drums or 1,000 kg silos.

	Phoenix AF and C. Melchers have linked up as partners for many years and are already successfully supplying printing blankets to all Asian countries. These printing blankets cover all areas of applications, such as:
